Does the Bridal pricing include a trial?
   - No. Trials are separate pricing & separate booking.

Do you have assisting artists for large parties?
   - YES.

Do I have to pay a travel fee/accommodations for your team as well?
   - For weddings outside of Savannah:
     - If your party is larger than 5, I require a team to assist.

You have two options:
       - I can provide a team member with reasonable travel fees & accommodations if necessary.
       - Alternatively, I can be booked for the bride and up to 4 VIP additional services, while another local beauty company is hired separately for the remaining bridal party to avoid assistant fees/travel/accommodations (if needed).

 How much do you require for a deposit?
   - The retainer fee is 30% of the total amount of service totals. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before the event.

Can my bridesmaids book with you separately?
   - No. I only accept one booking form which includes all services for the day. The responsible party, usually the bride, is required to make all payments and notify all having a service of my policies & schedule. The responsible party is responsible for collecting her bridal party’s monies & is to pay in one sum to Nabia Beauty. I do not accept multiple payments from all different bridal parties.

Am I able to add additional services after I have signed and paid the retainer?
   - Yes, though it's not guaranteed. If given enough time, I will work on adding the services based on my team's availability and our schedule.

What if one of my bridesmaids backs out?
   - Unfortunately, I do not refund for cancellations of your party. I recommend finding someone to replace that open spot.

If I have a trial, does that mean I have reserved my wedding date with you?
   - No. Having a trial does not mean I reserve your date. I will try to let you know if I have another inquiry who wants to book immediately.

Do you have a minimum of services to book?
   - No, but pricing increases for solo services & a travel fee is added.

Can I change the schedule?
    - Yes, up until 45 days before if I can accommodate. Please ask, and I will try to accommodate!

Where do services take place? 
    I am a mobile business and come to you wherever you are staying – residence, hotel, venue, etc.

Do I have to know the exact number of services to book?
    - Highly suggested so I can hire my best team to be with me on your wedding day!

Do I need a trial?
    - Highly suggested! This ensures we have everything needed to perfect your dream wedding look!

How do I make payments?
    - All payment options & instructions are within our contract and viewable before signing. Venmo, Zelle, or Cash are accepted. invoices are available upon request with a 4% service charge per transaction.

How long do I have to look over the contract?
    - 72 hours. After this period, the date becomes available to other clients.

Do you carry hair extensions or hair accessories?
    - No, but I have samples to match your hair for ordering. Accessories should be brought to the trial & wedding day if desired.

Do I arrive with dirty hair to the trial & wedding day for the best styling?
    - No, please arrive with clean & completely dry hair.

My Grandma has super short hair. Will she be charged the same for a little fluffing?
    - Yes, pricing is the same regardless of hair length or style.

Do you use an airbrush?
    - I offer airbrush for brides, though I love the traditional long-wear makeup application.

What makeup & haircare brands do you use?
    - High-quality cosmetics & hair products suitable for my style are chosen. Specific requests may not always be fulfilled.

Can I negotiate pricing?
    - No. Pricing reflects the quality and experience provided.

What if I change my mind about the wedding look from the trial?
    - Let me know ahead of time so we can accommodate the change.

COVID/ILLNESS:
    - Unfortunately, I do not refund for COVID-related cancellations. Rescheduling is treated as a new booking with a rebooking fee.

What if there are travel restrictions?
    - Refunds are provided for cancellations due to travel restrictions for GA, SC, and the client's state.

Are you vaccinated?
    - Yes, I am vaccinated.

Do I have to wear a mask?
    - Clients are not required to wear masks.

Do you come to me for Spray Tan?
    - Yes!

Can I come to you?
    - Yes!

What do you use?
    - Globody Inc PureGlo Solutions- Paraben Free, Vegan, Natural, Anti-Aging, Streak-free, Fast drying.

Will I look orange?
    - No, more of a bronze tan. Customization depends on your skin tone and preference.

How fast will it fade?
    - This depends on aftercare. Avoid products with oils for longevity.

What do I need to do to prepare?
    - Shower, shave, & exfoliate body. Avoid deodorant, lotions, or perfumes.

Do I need to wear clothes?
    - Up to you, disposable items are provided.

How long do I wait to shower/get wet?

    - Regular solution – 8 hours w/o water exposure. Express Glo solution- 3-6 hours w/o water exposure.

Can I go to the ocean, hot tub, or pool afterward?
    - Chemicals & prolonged water exposure may fade the tan faster.

Do I still need sunblock afterward in the sun?
    - Yes

Flight Coverage:

- Nabia Beauty will arrange and book the best flight with minimal stops and layovers, covered to and from, including insurance. Flights outside of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. require client approval before booking.

Travel via Car:

- Clients cover gas/mileage rates for drives over 2 hours one-way. If services start before 7:30 a.m., clients are responsible for the prior night's stay. Gas payment applies if the venue is over 10 miles from the hotel. NB assists in finding and approving hotel accommodations.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: (if HMUA requires a flight)

Flight:

- Flight costs, insurance, carry-on luggage fee (for HMUA's kit), parking fees, or Uber to/from airport. Meal expenses are capped at $20 per day.

Accommodation:

- 1 to 3 nights' stay depending on schedule, covering hotel/Airbnb costs.

Transportation:

- Taxi/Uber to/from airport and venue, potential car rental (covered by Client).

Adjustments/Cancellations:

The client is responsible for any incurred cancellation fees.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

- Nabia Beauty may have a spouse or assistant travel, with costs covered independently.

- Clients cover most expenses upfront, with final invoicing post-event for reimbursement of additional costs.
