Does the Bride pricing include a trial? Bride pricing does not include a trial; trials are separate in terms of pricing and booking.
Do you have assisting artists for large parties? Yes, we do have assisting artists available for larger parties.
Do I have to pay a travel fee/accommodations for your team as well?
WEDDINGS OUTSIDE OF SAVANNAH: Please be aware that I am unable to take on parties larger than 5 by myself and require a team to assist. If you have a larger party, either
Do you charge for having a TEAM assist? YES. Each additional assistant has a 50$ fee.
How much do you require for a deposit? The retainer fee is 30% of the total amount of service totals. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before the event.
Can my bridesmaids book with you separately?Bridesmaids can't book separately; all services are part of one booking form, typically managed by the bride.
If I have a trial, does that mean I have reserved my wedding date with you? NO. If you have not signed a contract and paid your retainer for the wedding day service, that date is still available. Having a trial does not mean I reserve your date. I will try to let you know if I have another inquiry who wants to book immediately!
Am I able to add additional services after I have signed and paid the retainer? Yes. Although it is not a guarantee that I can accommodate. If given enough time, I will work on adding the services. This depends on the Team I have with me that day, and our schedule.
What if one of my bridesmaids back out? Unfortunately, I do not refund for cancellations of your party. Although I do recommend finding someone to replace that open spot!
Do you have a minimum of services to book? No. Although, pricing does increase for solo services & a travel fee is added.
Can I change the schedule? YES- up until 45 days before if I can accommodate. I am reserved for you the entire day, but my team may have other bookings. Therefore, I try to lock down times so my team can plan accordingly. PLEASE always ask though & I can try to accommodate!
Where do services take place? Do you have a salon? Yes , I do have a studio space however it only can fit certain amount of people and as I am a mobile business. I come to you wherever you are staying- a residence, hotel, venue, etc!
Do I have to know the exact # of services to book? HIGHLY SUGGEST so I can hire my best team to be with me on your wedding day! We all book up so fast!
Do I need a trial? HIGHLY SUGGEST! That way we can make sure on your wedding day we have everything we need & done to produce your dream wedding look!
How do I make payments? We accept Venmo, Zelle, or cash, and can provide Quickbooks invoices upon request with a 4% service charge.
How long do I have to look over the contract? 72 HOURS- I will hold the date without signature or payment. After 72 hours the date becomes available to other inquiring clients. THIS IS CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & it is NOT protocol for Nabia Beauty to reach out to you if another client wants to book that date after the 72hours.
Do you carry hair extensions or hair accessories?We don't provide hair extensions, and accessories should be brought to the trial and wedding day if you want them in your hair. CLIP IN suggestions: LUXY HAIR (My Discount Code LX-NABIABEAUTY), Bellami Hair, etc
Do I arrive with dirty hair to the trial & wedding day for best styling? NO. NO. NO. Please no!!! Having dirty hair does NOTHING but makes it more work to refresh and style-able! I personally prefer clean & COMPLETELY DRY HAIR (the night before wash and dry is good! I do not include a full blow dry within my hair service unless scheduled ). Directions for how to arrive at your booking are within the contract and HIGHLY STRESSED to be shared with your party! PLEASE!:)
My Mother/grandma has super short hair. Will she be charged the same for a little fluffing? YES- No matter if the style is down, up, thick hair, short hair, barely-there hair… it is all priced the same.
Do you use an airbrush? I do offer airbrush to my BRIDES, although it is not needed for my long-wear makeup application. Liquid & cream foundations have come such a long way & airbrush is becoming more and more out dated. I do incorporate it into my Bride makeup to smooth out the base I create with foundation, concealer & cream contour. Airbrush just adds a light layer of added protection from environmental factors. If I feel it is needed during a non-bride application I will use it accordingly. Airbrush foundation alone is not an option in my application as it does not allow for any manipulation on the skin once sprayed which can result in enhancement of fine lines.
What makeup & haircare brands do you use? I choose high-quality & performing cosmetics & hair products that work well with my style of application & styling. I do not solely use a particular brand, although I do choose high-end luxury products that suit my liking. If you require non fragranced, vegan, talc-free, etc cosmetics, please inform us upon booking as all requests may not be able to be fulfilled.
My budget is lower than what your pricing is. Are you willing to negotiate? NO. I take pride in what I do & how much I have put into the experience for you. If my pricing does not fit your budget, I apologize & can refer you to others that may have a more fitting price range. Please remember: A GOOD HMUA IS NOT CHEAP, AND A CHEAP HMUA IS NOT GOOD.
What if I change my mind about the wedding look from the trial & want to switch it up on the wedding day? It’s YOUR DAY- What you want, you get. If you know ahead of time, it’s best to let me know so I can pack belongings accordingly & we can make sure you have what you need to achieve the look!
COVID/ILLNESS:
Can I reschedule or cancel the booking If I get exposed to COVID-19 & test positive & be refunded fully the amount paid? Unfortunately, I do not refund for “positive COVID testing or exposure” of clients. If you would like to reschedule, you will be booking as a new client. Therefore, your previous payments for the previous date will be forfeited. I do understand that this is an ongoing issue, but my team and I do hold the date for your service & do not accept other inquiries.
What if there is travel restrictions? If there is a travel restriction for SC and the state you are coming from resulting in a cancellation of the wedding, you will be refunded. This does not include quarantine restrictions after traveling to another state.
Are you vaccinated & is your staff? Yes, I am vaccinated.
Do I have to wear a mask? Clients are not required to wear a mask.
