Does the bride pricing include a trial?
No, trials are priced separately and require a separate booking.
Do you have assisting artists for large parties?
Yes.
Is there a travel fee or accommodation cost for your team?
For weddings outside of Savannah: I can only accommodate parties of up to five on my own and will require a team for larger groups. If you have a larger party, I can provide a team, which may incur reasonable travel fees and accommodation costs if necessary. Alternatively, I can be booked for you (the bride) and up to four of your VIP services, while another local beauty company can be hired for the remaining bridal party to avoid assistant fees and travel/accommodation costs.
How much do you require for a deposit?
The retainer fee is 30% of the total service cost, with the remaining 70% due 30 days before the event.
Can my bridesmaids book with you separately?
I only accept one booking form that includes all services for the day. The bride, as the responsible party, is required to make all payments and inform everyone receiving services of my policies and schedule. The bride is also responsible for collecting payments from her bridal party and making a single payment to Nabia Beauty. I do not accept multiple payments from different parties.
Can I add additional services after signing and paying the retainer?
Yes, although I cannot guarantee availability. If given enough notice, I will do my best to accommodate additional services based on the team and schedule for that day.
What if one of my bridesmaids backs out?
Unfortunately, I do not provide refunds for cancellations within your party. I recommend finding someone to fill that spot.
If I have a trial, does that mean my wedding date is reserved?
No, having a trial does not reserve your wedding date. If you have not signed a contract and paid the retainer, the date remains available. I will notify you if I receive another inquiry for that date.
Is there a minimum number of services required to book?
No, there is no minimum. However, please note that pricing increases for solo services and a travel fee may apply.
Can I change the schedule?
Yes, you can request changes up to 45 days before the event, provided I can accommodate them. While I am reserved for you the entire day, my team may have other bookings. I try to finalize times so my team can plan accordingly, but please always feel free to ask, and I will do my best to accommodate!
Where do services take place? Do you have a salon?
No, I do not operate a salon as I am a mobile business. I come to your location, whether it’s a residence, hotel, or venue!
Do I need to know the exact number of services to book?
I highly recommend knowing the exact number of services needed so I can hire the best team to assist you on your wedding day. We book up quickly!
Is a trial necessary?
I highly suggest having a trial. This allows us to ensure that we have everything in place to achieve your dream wedding look on the big day.
How do I make payments?
All payment options and instructions are included in the contract, which you can view before signing. Venmo is the most common payment method for my clients, but I also accept Zelle and cash. If requested, I can send a QuickBooks invoice payable via email, but please note that a 4% service charge will be added to the balance for this transaction.
How long do I have to review the contract?
You have 72 hours to review the contract. I will hold the date without a signature or payment during this period. After 72 hours, the date will become available to other clients.

After 72 hours, the date will be made available to other clients who inquire. It is the client's responsibility to follow up, as it is not the protocol for Nabia Beauty to reach out if another client wishes to book that date.
Do you carry hair extensions or hair accessories?
No, I do not carry hair extensions. However, I have samples available to help you match your hair for ordering. Hair extensions are highly recommended for many hairstyles and must be cleaned and dried before each booking (trial or wedding day).
Please bring any hair accessories to the trial and the wedding day if you wish to incorporate them into your hairstyle. If you plan to have your veil placed later, please note that I may not be available unless you have contracted a stylist to stay for the ceremony. Suggested clip-in brands include LUXY HAIR (use my discount code HS-NABIABEAUTY) and Bellami Hair.
Should I arrive with dirty hair for the trial and wedding day for the best styling?
No, please arrive with clean and completely dry hair. Having dirty hair complicates the styling process. I recommend washing and drying your hair the night before. A full blow dry is not included unless scheduled. Detailed instructions on how to prepare for your booking are included in the contract and should be shared with your party.
My grandma has super short hair. Will she be charged the same for a little fluffing?
Yes, all styles—whether short, long, thick, or thin—are priced the same.
Do you use airbrush?
I offer airbrush makeup to my brides, although it is not necessary for my long-wear application. Liquid and cream foundations have improved significantly, and airbrush is becoming less common. I use airbrush primarily to enhance the foundation, concealer, and cream contour for a smooth base, providing an extra layer of protection against environmental factors. If I deem it necessary for non-bride applications, I will use it as needed. Please note that airbrush foundation alone is not an option, as it does not allow for manipulation on the skin, which may enhance fine lines.
What makeup and haircare brands do you use?
I select high-quality, performing cosmetics and hair products that align with my application and styling techniques. I do not exclusively use one brand but favor high-end luxury products. If you have specific requests for non-fragranced, vegan, or talc-free cosmetics, please inform me upon booking, as not all requests may be accommodated.
My budget is lower than your pricing. Are you willing to negotiate?
No, I take pride in my work and the experience I provide. If my pricing does not fit your budget, I can refer you to other professionals who may better suit your price range. Remember: a skilled hair and makeup artist is an investment.
What if I change my mind about the wedding look from the trial and want to switch it up on the wedding day?
It’s your day, and you can choose whatever look you desire. If you know ahead of time, please let me know so I can pack accordingly and ensure you have everything needed to achieve your desired look.
COVID/ILLNESS
Can I reschedule or cancel the booking if I am exposed to COVID-19 and test positive? Will I receive a full refund?
Unfortunately, I do not provide refunds.
COVID-19 Testing or Exposure Policy
If you test positive for COVID-19 or experience exposure, you may reschedule your appointment; however, this will be treated as a new booking. As a result, any payments made for the original date will be forfeited. I understand that this situation is ongoing, but please note that my team and I reserve the date exclusively for your service and do not accept other inquiries during that time.
Travel Restrictions
In the event that travel restrictions from your state to South Carolina result in the cancellation of your wedding, you will be eligible for a refund. Please be aware that this policy does not cover quarantine restrictions that may apply after traveling to another state.
Vaccination Status
Yes, I am vaccinated, and my staff is also fully vaccinated.
Mask Requirements
Clients are not required to wear a mask during services.

- Nabia Beauty will arrange and book the best flight with minimal stops and layovers, covered to and from, including insurance. Flights outside of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. require client approval before booking.
- Clients cover gas/mileage rates for drives over 2 hours one-way. If services start before 7:30 a.m., clients are responsible for the prior night's stay. Gas payment applies if the venue is over 10 miles from the hotel. NB assists in finding and approving hotel accommodations.
It is best to book your appointment as soon as possible to ensure availability. For weddings and special events, it is recommended to book at least 3 months in advance.
Flight:- Flight costs, insurance, carry-on luggage fee (for HMUA's kit), parking fees, or Uber to/from airport. Meal expenses are capped at $20 per day.
Accommodation:- 1 to 3 nights' stay depending on schedule, covering hotel/Airbnb costs.
Transportation:- Taxi/Uber to/from airport and venue, potential car rental (covered by Client).Adjustments/Cancellations:The client is responsible for any incurred cancellation fees.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Nabia Beauty may have a spouse or assistant travel, with costs covered independently.- Clients cover most expenses upfront, with final invoicing post-event for reimbursement of additional costs.
